Welcome to our website - we're glad you've visited!

Perth North Church is a congregation of the Church of Scotland. Our Mission Statement “To know Christ and make Him known” drives the objectives and the activities of our congregation. We would be delighted to welcome you to join us at any of our four weekly services of worship.
We are a strong, enthusiastic and friendly congregation, committed to the development of a Christian witness in our parish, Perth City and beyond. We enjoy a variety of worship formats and we use multimedia as appropriate. We encourage and promote engagement with young people and are always looking at ways of reaching and nurturing people of all ages.
Oh, and by the way, we're not perfect - so you don't have to be to join us.

Join us for worship

Sunday 9:30am
An informal, unpredictable, all-age worship service with greater use of contemporary praise songs led by our band. Monthly breakfast service in Church Hall.
Sunday 11:00am
A more traditional service, with organ/keyboard, choir and Adventurers' children's  group.  Creche on request.

Sunday 6.30pm
Time for more indepth exploration of Scripture, more reflective in nature and sometimes includes interviews with invited guests.









Thursday@1
A 15-minute lunchtime service at 1pm.
This can be preceded by an optional light lunch for £2

CDs

CDAudio CDs of the 11.00am service are available free to members of our congregation who cannot attend because of frailty or other commitments.  If you have to miss a service because of work or holiday contact the office and ask for one to be set aside for you.

Open Door Cafe
Monday - Friday
2pm - 4pm every week
Come into the New Hall, behind the church, for a cup of tea or coffee (50p per item) and a chat.  All proceeds go to Church and charities.

Parish Grouping

Perth North Church is part of the Perth City Centre Kirks Parish Grouping. Through this we work collaboratively with the other three Church of Scotland congregations in the city centre while maintaining our own distinctive ministry and identitity.

Looking For ...


We have started 2012 off with a set of questions to people who pass by our church.  Why?  Because we believe that the Bible has many of the answers people are looking for and that God through His Son Jesus Christ brings meaning to life.   Over the coming days we will bring further thoughts on the issues raised in the above banners so visit us again soon.

Going into hospital?
If you're part of our church family, are going into hospital and would like a visit from the Church; then please inform the Church office (01738 622298) or call the manse in confidence in advance of your admission. 

It's important that you, or someone else, make contact with the Church, as there is now no hospital system of alerting the Minister to your admission.

Following our successful Biblefresh year when we sought to dig deeper into God's word and grow in Bible knowledge, we are now building on this by focussing on our congregational and individual prayer life.  In 2012 we want to pray more effectively and powerfully, by God's grace.  Look out for the PRAYFRESH page coming soon.  

In town with a baby or toddler?

If you are a parent or carer with a pre-school child why not pop-in for a FREE COFFEE and some company, even for a few minutes.  Take time out with us.
