The church Calendar and Premises bookings lists activities - but remember, activities such as house groups will not be listed as they take place in our homes.
Make sure you read our bi-monthly magazine North News (a pdf file of this is accessible on this page) and our weekly Headlines, available in church or from our church office midweek mornings.
New Members’ Meetings
Interested in joining the Church? - please contact the Church Secretary at email@example.com
We are planning a Christmas Event at the moment, and mad as it may sound we need your help. If you are going away on holiday or even just a day away could you buy a small key ring? From Broughty Ferry to Bermuda and anywhere in between would be just wonderful and all will be revealed in due course.
In addition, do you have an artificial Christmas Tree you no longer use or a spare one we could borrow in early December.
Please contact Evelyn Shearer or Pat Currie. Many Thanks.
September brings new beginnings for many of the church organisations and the Guild is no exception.
The Guild is a vibrant part of church life and our members enjoy evenings of fellowship. Our meetings are wide ranging. Some meetings can be challenging and informative while others full of fun and laughter. The Guild meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month usually starting at 7pm in the Church Hall.
The theme for the upcoming session is “Go in Love” and our meetings will explore this message in a variety of ways. Our first meeting is an Evening of Praise on the 13th September and we are delighted to have the Perth North Praise Band with us. This will be held in the church starting at 7pm and is an open meeting, all are welcome.
The 27th September meeting will explore the Guild theme ‘Go in Love’ in more detail and will be led by Rev Colin Caskie. The 11th October meeting is entitled ‘Just Moving’ a light hearted account of the career of one of our members. If you would like to come along for one of the meetings or would like more information get in touch with Evelyn Shearer (tel 5750570) or any of the Committee. Give the Guild a try you will be sure of a warm welcome.
