Blythswood Care (Perth Support Group) would like to thank everybody who helped to make the Coffee Morning and Launch of the 2009 Shoe Box Appeal a successful day with a final total of over £665 raised. Special thanks to Provost John Hulbert and his wife for giving of their time and launching the local Shoe Box Appeal.

The Group would like to thank all the people who gave donations for the stalls and helped on the day. Thank you also to everybody that came along and enjoyed the fellowship; helping us to raise the awareness of the public to the Shoe Box Appeal and the needs still required by people in Romania.

Shoe Box Appeal leaflets are available from

• the North Church Office 10am to Noon
• the Open Door café between 2-4pm Monday to Friday
• before and after services at the Church on a Sunday

Wrapped boxes can also be collected for a donation. Please, because of limited storage, do not bring filled shoe boxes to the North Church before Sunday 25th October and bulk deliveries before week starting 9th November
