CONNECTING 4 LIFE
Tulloch NET is a fresh expression of Christian Community which serves the community of Tulloch in North Perth.
We aim to encourage people to Connect 4 Life. This reflects our commitment to working to alleviate social isolation and loneliness by creating opportunities for people to meet and build friendships. We also want to encourage people to consider the offer of ‘full life’ (John 10:10) which Jesus offers.
Our work is shaped by our foundational principles of Unconditional Service, Welcoming All, Valuing Everyone, Transformation and the promotion of Wellbeing.

COMMUNITY HUB
The Hub provides a focal point for our work in the community. Open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 1pm people can drop in for a cuppa. Everyone who comes in helps out in some way whether making refreshments or contributing to the conversation or listening to others.
The Hub also provides a venue for several activities delivered by partner agencies. A Community Nurse delivers a regular health check, we have a Welfare Rights worker provide advice weekly and we host a variety of adult learning opportunities delivered through Perth & Kinross Council
COMMUNITY LUNCH
Many of those who come into The Community Hub live alone and therefore eat alone. This was something which one of our ‘lead participants’, Rosie, identified and she decided to organise a Community Lunch. Initially it was planned as a one off, however such was the success that it was decided to host these once a month.
Funding secured from Perth & Kinross Council allowed this to be extended to a weekly event which is held in a local community hall. It’s simple- Soup, Sandwiches and Friendship.

COMMUNITY LISTENING SERVICE
We all need to talk! Finding someone who is willing to listen is not always so easy. The Community Listening Service provides a confidential, non-judgemental and free opportunity for people to talk openly and freely. Those who have accessed the service have talked about,( but not limited to)-
Bereavement
Family Difficulties
